Fathers Day Gift Guide

In the run up to Mother's day i have a list as long as my arm with gifts to treat my Mum to. Around comes June and I'm pulling out my hair trying to conjure fun yet appreciative gift ideas for my Dad. I always think its 100x harder to buy a present for a male! Well, my dad usually insists that I don't have to buy him anything and that nothing is enough -eh after all I'm a good enough gift ;-)! But of course I can't turn up empty handed and I like buying gifts and treating those who are special to me, even if it is just a little something. With this in mind, I've decided to plan well ahead and put together a little "gift guide" so, if you're stuck for ideas as I usually am then these might just do the trick.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, BOSS by Hugo Boss, Elemis Moisturiser* - Fragrance Direct, Box Card Case - Hardgraft

Aftershave
Why didn't I think of this before? I guess it's because I'm growing older and a handmade card or CD might no longer suffice. I'm earning moolah so I guess it's only right that I improve on my gifting ability. Pictured are both Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue and BOSS by Hugo Boss. They smell lovely and are the perfect gift if you're up for spending in the £30 bracket.

Leather
If you feel like spending a little extra then this  Box Card Case by Hardgraft (priced at £58) is a gorgeous luxurious leather piece. It can be used to hold business cards or headphones, cash and coins - a perfect treat! They also offer other Leather goods if you're up for spending a little more.

Skincare
Even though men don't like to admit they're getting old this Elemis Anti-Ageing Time Defence Wrinkle Delay Moisturiser is a gorgeous luxury skincare product perfect for Dad. It's a great way to introduce him to something that he might not (and probably wont) pick up for himself!

Food & Drink
If you're on a budget or your Dad isn't into fancy fragrances or skincare why not treat him to dinner? Or buy him his favourite beer and chocolates instead? You could even create some hand made goodies. I'm sure that the thought and effort of making something yourself will certainly brighten up his day!

Do you have any ideas of what to buy Dad for Fathers Day?
